– WHAT ABOUT THE CLOTHES? –
Our maternity clothes are made to grow with you, and last you well beyond your pregnancy. We hand select and utilize only the highest quality fabrics and materials for every piece and design, so you can shop with confidence.
Plus, all of our clothes are modeled exclusively on real pregnant women, so you can see how they really fit – no fake bumps!
– WHAT IF I DON’T LOVE IT? –
We hope you’ll love every Avishag Arbel piece you receive, but if something doesn’t work out, no hard feelings! We’ve got quick, easy, and FREE returns, so you can buy with confidence.
– HOW DO I KNOW WHEN AN ITEM WILL BE BACK IN STOCK? –
Avishag Arbel will oftentimes restock very popular pieces. If you find something on our website that you like, but is not currently in stock, you can sign up to receive an email notification if and when the item is restocked.

– WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? –
Orders typically take 1-2 business days for processing, after which they will ship out directly to you with one of our trusted courier partners. You will receive an automated email with full tracking information as soon as your order dispatches.
– CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? –
If you’ve not yet received a confirmation email that your order has shipped, we may still be able to make changes to it or cancel it for you. If you want to make changes to your order, please reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com.
– DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? –
Avishag Arbel ships to a variety of countries around the world. If you do not see your country in the drop-down menu at checkout, it means we unfortunately cannot ship to you right now.
– HOW DO I START A RETURN? –
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, Avishag Arbel offers free returns for all US customers within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, simply follow the instructions on the return form you received with your order, or reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Please note that we’re only able to offer returns for a refund at this time. If you’d like to receive an item in a different size or color, please place a new order.
Please ensure that all returns are returned in their original packaging, unwashed, unworn, with original tags, and in the same condition in which they were received. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
All intimates – including but not limited to underwear and swimwear with the protective liner removed – are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
– WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND? –
Once your return arrives at our returns warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for processing in order to receive your refund. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been issued. Please note that it may take up to 6 business days for the refund to show on your original payment method.
– HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT COLOR OR SIZE? –
We are currently only able to offer returns for refund, so if you’d like to receive an item in a different size or color, please place a new order.
