SIZE & FIT

HOW DO THE PRODUCTS FIT?

Our sizes are adjusted to pregnancy and made to grow with you. Therefore, we recommend selecting your pre-pregnancy size. However, if you think you have gone up a size or down,we suggest measuring yourself and using our size guide.

Sizing varies by style, and noted in the product details . Still not sure? feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

WHAT IF A PRODUCT DOESN’T FIT RIGHT?

On the off chance that a product isn’t everything you dreamed of, you can easily return anything to us and we will refund you for the item. Since we are un able to offer exchanges if you wish to purchase an alternative size, please place a new order and we will expedite shipping to you.

WILL THE SIZE I HAVE CHOSEN FIT ME UNTILL WEEK 40?

Truthfully, we specialize in fashion and comfortable solutions for pregnancy, we don’t not specialize in prophecy and will never know exactually what will be in the end of month nine. However, if you grow the standard average for pregnancy 12-15 kg, most of the items you buy will serve you until the end of the pregnancy and will be great till you get back to your pre pregnancy shape.

 

ORDERING PRODUCTS

HOW DOES PRE-ORDERING WORK?

Items marked as pre-ordered will take longer to supply. The maximum supply time is six weeks before shipment, though on average it takes about three weeks. 

We can hold purchased orders in our warehouse for a period of 8 months max before being shipped to you.

WHEN WILL SOLD OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?

Due to an overwhelming response and popularity in the Avishag Arbel product, it is possible that certain styles may be restocked. If you would like to be notified when a product returns simply add your email in the out of stock message on the desired product page and we will make sure inform you the minute it arrives.

SHIPPING

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?

Items can be shipped within 2 business days unless specified otherwise. Please Note: if you placed an order after 1pm IDT on Thursday, your order will not be shipped until the following Sunday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking and estimated delivery date.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make address updates or style changes. However, If the shipment is still in the warehouse we are able to make changes. Please contact us regarding via mail at service@avishagarbel.com

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We use DHL for international shipping

 

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IN MY SHIPMENT IS LESS THAN PERFECT?

On the off chance that a product isn’t up to par, you can easily return anything to us and we will refund you for the item. Just follow the steps on our PRE-PAID labels and you are good to go :

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Avishag Arbel offers returns on all merchandise for unsatisfied customers within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Avishag Arbel Wholesale reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To initiate a return, Follow the steps on our PRE-PAID label and send us an email to give us a heads up at service@avishagarbel.com and send it back to us using your pre paid label. Once your return is prepared, you can drop it off at your local post office, any DHL location, or leave it with your mailman/doorman. All returns are shipped back to our return Hubs in the US. 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Please allow 2 weeks for your return to arrive at our return hub. Once your return is delivered, please allow 5 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 6 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Since we are unable to offer exchanges at the moment, if you wish to purchase an alternative item, please place a new order and we will make sure to get it to you ASAP.
