Shipping and Delivery
We ship all our international orders with trusted couriers like FedEx and DHL, with full tracking information provided for all orders. Shipping to the United States is $7.50 for all orders below $125, and free for orders totaling $125 and up.
Customers shipping outside of the United States – please note that shipping costs do not include customs, clearance, and other fees. Please check if any such fees are applicable prior to placing your orders.
Orders placed before 3PM Sunday-Thursday (Israel Time) will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be dispatched the following business day.
Please note that, while we do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible, Avishag Arbel is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to: customs delays, courier company delays, delays resulting from national holidays, etc.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
Wrong, Invalid, or Incomplete Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address and contact information when placing an order. Any additional freight charges incurred as a result of an incorrect/invalid/incomplete shipping address are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, Avishag Arbel offers free returns for all US customers within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, simply follow the instructions on the return form you received with your order, or reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Please note that we’re only able to offer returns for a refund at this time. If you’d like to receive an item in a different size or color, please place a new order.
Please ensure that all returns are returned in their original packaging, unwashed, unworn, with original tags, and in the same condition in which they were received. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
All intimates – including but not limited to underwear and swimwear with the protective liner removed – are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refunds will be processed in USD and calculated per the NIS to USD exchange rate of the day the return was received.
